Assigned Task
The task was to develop and produce precise Measurement system for contactless measurement of geometry parameters of wheel rim center bore.
Proposed Solution
Measurement machine based on rotational triangulation sensors with autocalibration was proposed to be developed.

Note: system parameters can be changed for a specific task.
Characteristic features of the system are measurement head with two laser sensors (we divided all the range into two subranges to get required accuracy) and automatic recalibration before every measurement cycle. As usual we provide demo software and free SDK.
