We're expanding our 3DWheel system's geographic reach. The Netherlands and Mongolia, Brazil and India, Türkiye and the Czech Republic, and now a new country – MALAYSIA.
Just a week ago we and our Malaysian partner TriSystems Engineering SDH BHD successfully completed Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of Real time wheels geometry measurement system 3DWheel. The work was carried out within the framework of the project Prasarana PdM (Predictive Maintenance for Metro Rail).
As usual, new projects mean new challenges. This is our first tropical-grade system and this is our first system installed in a limited inter-rail space next to a traction linear asynchronous motor (LIM).
3DWheel.60 measures twelve parameters of wheel sets at speed up to 60 km/h and 3DWheel.120 - at speed up to 120km/h .
