This project continues our work in solving widespread ID measurement challenges. New contactless measurement head is designed for high-precision measurements of small diameter holes. The head is an assembly of three sensors RF609 Series located around the circumference in one housing at an angle of 120 degrees to each. It was this solution that allowed us to achieve the micron precision, submicron reproducibility and high measurement speed.

The developed measuring head is successfully used by our customers to automate the measurement of the inner diameter of bushings. The sensor specification can be changed upon request.
